Later, I left the Sheriff's Office to enlist in the United States Marine Corps where I served as a K-9 Handler. Upon the completion of my active duty service, I joined the City of Canton Police Department where I started as a patrol officer.
After a short period of time, I was selected to work on the Cherokee Multi- Agency Narcotics Squad (CMANS), where I worked until I joined the City of Holly Springs Police Department.
In April 2009, I joined the Holly Springs Police Department and was assigned to the Uniform Patrol Division (UPD), where I currently serve with pride. I am the Zone 4 commander and I am responsible for holding T.R.A.C.E meetings for that designated area. For more information about our T.R.A.C.E. program, visit the ‘Services’ page of our website. I am also an advisor to to the Holly Springs Police Explorer Post.
In 2009, I founded Code-4 Ministries because of the lack of understanding of how Jesus fits into the lives of police officers.
Code-4 Ministries exists to show cops that policing is a God-ordained profession and that God can be, and should be, part of their everyday activities, both on and off duty. Simply put, the vision of Code-4 Ministries is to present the message of Jesus Christ to the law enforcement community.
