The Historic Preservation Commission is a preservation-based, community-wide, not-for-profit organization working to re-establish downtown Holly Springs as the center of the community by educating local residents about the importance of maintaining, improving and promoting the town's unique historical assets. The Commission membership includes citizens, property owners, and business proprietors appointed by Mayor and Council.
The Commission enforces the Historic District Development Guidelines and reviews Certificates of Appropriateness for remodeling, new construction, and signs in the District.
