The Holly Springs Community Center, commonly referred to as "the Depot," is a meticulously restored turn-of-the-century train station, which can accommodate up to 64 people for a meeting or event. The Community Center, located in downtown Holly Springs on Hickory Road adjacent to the railroad tracks, has rooms for both large and small gatherings.
The Community Center is a popular place, especially on weekends. Weddings, receptions, birthday parties, civic club meetings, and political rallies are just a few of the types of events regularly held at the facility. We strongly recommend checking on dates and times the Center is available well in advance of your function.
The rental rate for the Community Center is $175.00 for the first four hours for city residents and $325.00 for the first four hours for all others. An additional $25 per hour fee is charged for each hour in excess of four. A separate damage deposit check for $175.00 is required when a reservation is made, which will be returned after the event if no damage occurred to the facility during the rental period.
