The City of Holly Springs employs over 65 employees engaged in various areas of public service. In support of the City’s workforce, the Human Resources Department is responsible for establishing and administering effective employee policies and procedures that treat all employees with respect and equality.
On a day-to-day basis, the HR Department manages the development and interpretation of policies and procedures, recruitment, retention, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), training and development, salary administration, position classification, benefits, workers’ compensation, employee assistance program, and performance evaluations.
